Spring Senior Rep Session in Carthage, MO

Look at these senior girls! I may be partial, but I think they're all AMAZING. Currently, they're soaking up the summer before senior year (as they should be), but soon enough they'll be walking the halls as seniors. I'm excited to cheer them on all senior year long, and I'm excited to introduce this year's senior rep team to you. Let me introduce you to this year's team. For the first time since starting my senior photo rep program, I have an all-girls senior team. There are seven in this year's group (we were missing Kyndall in the team photo), but I caught up with her later to make sure to photograph her too. This session was shot in the spring of their junior year, and it was a wild night. Remember those crazy spring storms we had? You guessed it; I watched the weather all weekend to decide if we should meet up or reschedule. It's a little tricky with group shoots because, let's face it, high school students are so busy. Coordinating schedules isn't always easy, so when we find a date, I am definitely thrilled.

That evening, the weather was a minute-by-minute decision. I drove to the location through the rain while the radar showed clear skies in Carthage. To my delight, the rain did move out, and we got beautiful photos to kick off senior year. The session took place at Carthage Public Library and Central Park just across the street. It's a location I love for the variety it gives. I'm a big fan of the pretty architectural backdrop of the library and the park too. The park provides curved sidewalks, fountains, park benches, and mature trees.

These 7 girls will represent me all year, sharing the fun and gorgeous images we capture. We will have 4 team sessions this year, including spring, summer, fall, and spring of senior year. Each girl will also have her own custom session with all the details of her choosing. They represent Webb City, Joplin, and Carl Junction High Schools so well. Congrats on senior year!
