Capturing Memories: A Sneak Peek into An Extended Family Photo Session in Joplin, MO

Important milestones should be celebrated and remembered. I love the opportunity to photograph extended families during their most important times together. What a fun family! I love being a part of these big and little moments, getting to peek into the sweet memories you share. This extended family was all together for a special celebration and knew it was the perfect time to also get those photos of the entire group. We met at their neighborhood park on a sunny February day before their family gathering. We got the great big group shot they wanted as well as individual shots of each family, sibling, and of course grandparents with their sweet grandbabies.

I've photographed a couple of these family members before and loved catching up and seeing how they've grown. My first ever senior client is a part of this family, and he holds a pretty special spot for me. From the littlest and cutest family members to the teens growing too quickly to the one celebrating a milestone birthday, I was glad to hang out with them and capture the love they have for each other.
