Extended Family Photo Session in Lamar, MO

Do you know who's going to steal the show every time? It's Grandpa and Grandma! They are beloved by the whole family and for good reason. At every photo shoot, I love getting to meet the whole fam, but Grandpa and Grandma always steal my heart. These two are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary later this year, and they were sure to get a photo right in the front yard to commemorate the occasion. I don't think it could be more perfect. Happy early anniversary to these two.

So now on to the details of this extended family photo shoot. We booked this one back in the fall because they knew there was just one day they would all be together. Despite the forecast of rain all weekend, we decided we would just go ahead with the photos no matter the weather. Thank goodness for the break in the rain and for a little time to capture this family. They were so fun and were prepared with candy bribes for the little ones (that's a must in my opinion). Good job Family. I hope you treasure these memories for years to come.
